Connecting Every Child to a Healthy Future

Postpartum Care You Deserve.

Family Connects Pierce County is here to walk with you on your journey through parenthood. As a Certified Family Connects site, we work in partnership with your medical providers to offer voluntary nurse support in the first twelve weeks of life. Our nurses are here to answer your questions, check up on you and your baby before your 6-week postpartum appointment, and connect you to community resources to meet your needs.

Family Connects means free nurse support for you and your growing family.
